Warehouse Operations Supervisor
Overview
This role sits at the centre of FMC's regional warehousing operations, managing inbound and outbound flows across a high-volume distribution facility. You will be responsible for operational efficiency, team leadership, and compliance with FMC's quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities
- Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch
- Lead and develop a team of warehouse operatives across multiple shifts
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 quality management standards
- Monitor KPIs including order accuracy, throughput time, and inventory variance
- Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and platform teams to optimise flow
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across warehouse processes
- Maintain health and safety standards across all operational areas
Requirements
- 5+ years of warehouse or distribution operations experience
- Proven team leadership in a fast-paced logistics environment
- Experience with WMS platforms and ERP systems
- Strong understanding of inventory management principles
- Fluent in English; Thai language proficiency preferred
- ISO or lean methodology certifications advantageous
