Sourcing Specialist — Southeast Asia

This role drives FMC's supplier development activities across Southeast Asia. You will identify new suppliers, conduct factory assessments, negotiate terms, and build a reliable sourcing network that supports multiple product platforms.

Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers across Southeast Asian markets
- Conduct factory audits and supplier capability assessments
- Negotiate pricing, lead times, and quality terms with suppliers
- Manage sample development and approval processes
- Build and maintain a supplier database with performance metrics
- Coordinate with quality teams on inspection and compliance requirements
Requirements
- 3+ years in sourcing, procurement, or supplier development
- Experience working with Southeast Asian manufacturers
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes across consumer goods categories
- Fluent in English; Vietnamese language proficiency highly valued
- Willingness to travel frequently within the region
