Responsibilities

  • Process sales orders and manage order-to-delivery coordination

  • Support trade show preparation and client meeting logistics
  • Generate sales reports and pipeline updates for regional management

Requirements

  • 2+ years in sales coordination or commercial operations
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English
  • Spanish language proficiency highly advantageous
  • Experience in international trade or distribution preferred
