This role owns procurement execution across FMC's European operations. You will negotiate with suppliers, manage contracts, and develop sourcing strategies that balance cost efficiency with quality requirements across multiple product platforms.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute procurement strategies for European market operations
- Manage supplier relationships across multiple product categories
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with key suppliers
- Conduct supplier evaluations, audits, and performance reviews
- Collaborate with platform teams to align sourcing with category strategy
- Monitor market conditions and identify sourcing opportunities
Requirements
- 6+ years in procurement or strategic sourcing
- Experience managing supplier portfolios across European markets
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills
- Knowledge of international trade terms (Incoterms) and import regulations
- Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related discipline
- Multilingual capabilities across European languages advantageous
