Platform Lead — Food & Beverage
Overview
This senior leadership role carries full P&L responsibility for FMC's Food & Beverage platform. You will shape category strategy, develop sourcing networks, manage commercial performance, and build the team required to scale the platform globally.

Food & Beverage is one of FMC's core trading platforms. This role carries full P&L accountability for the category — shaping what the company sources, where it distributes, and how it competes in one of the most regulated and opportunity-rich sectors in global trade.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute category strategy for the Food & Beverage platform
- Manage platform P&L with full commercial accountability
- Develop and maintain supplier and buyer relationships globally
- Lead platform team across sourcing, sales, and operations functions
- Identify new product opportunities and market entry strategies
- Report to executive leadership on platform performance and strategic direction
Requirements
- 10+ years in food and beverage trading, distribution, or FMCG
- Proven P&L management experience at category or business unit level
- Deep understanding of global food supply chains and regulatory requirements
- Executive-level stakeholder management and negotiation skills
- Experience building and leading cross-functional teams
- MBA or equivalent qualification preferred
