Operations Director — UK & Northern Europe

This executive role carries full operational responsibility for FMC's UK and Northern European presence. You will define operational strategy, build teams, and ensure execution standards meet FMC's institutional requirements.

Responsibilities
- Define and execute operational strategy across UK and Northern European markets
- Build and lead regional operations, logistics, and compliance teams
- Establish distribution infrastructure and partner networks
- Ensure regulatory compliance across all operating jurisdictions
- Report to group leadership on operational performance and strategic priorities
- Drive market entry planning for new territories within the region
Requirements
- 12+ years in operations leadership, with 5+ at director level
- Experience building operations in international trading or distribution
- Track record of market entry and infrastructure development
- Strong understanding of UK and EU regulatory environments
- Executive presence and experience reporting to C-suite
- MBA or equivalent advanced qualification preferred
