Import/Export Specialist
Overview
This role manages the documentary and regulatory aspects of FMC's import and export activities through Turkish ports and free trade zones. You will ensure compliant and efficient trade flow for goods moving between Asia, Europe, and the Middle East.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and process import/export documentation including letters of credit
- Coordinate customs clearance activities with licensed customs brokers
- Ensure compliance with Turkish customs regulations and trade agreements
- Manage certificates of origin, phytosanitary certificates, and product certifications
- Track shipments through Turkish ports and free trade zones
- Maintain trade compliance records and support audit processes
Requirements
- 2+ years in import/export operations or trade documentation
- Knowledge of Turkish customs procedures and free trade zone regulations
- Experience with documentary trade finance (letters of credit, bank guarantees)
- Familiarity with HS codes and tariff classification
- Fluent in Turkish and English
- Degree in International Trade, Logistics, or related field preferred
