Business Intelligence Analyst
Overview
This role sits within FMC's technology team and focuses on turning operational data into actionable business intelligence. You will design reporting systems, build dashboards, and support data-driven decision-making across the organisation.

Responsibilities
- Design and build business intelligence dashboards across key operational metrics
- Develop automated reporting pipelines from ERP and operational systems
- Analyse trading, logistics, and financial data to identify trends and insights
- Support platform teams with category-level performance analytics
- Maintain data quality standards and documentation
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership
Requirements
- 3+ years in business intelligence, data analytics, or reporting
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Metabase)
- Experience building dashboards connected to ERP or operational systems
- Strong data modelling and analytical skills
- Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related field
- Experience in trading, logistics, or operations analytics preferred
